Product Engineer (f/m/x)

As a Product Engineer (f/m/x), you will assume a central interface role between development and production. You will be a solution-oriented contact person for technical issues, bringing your hands-on mentality, technical affinity, and strong communication skills to bear in actively shaping processes and structures together with a dynamic team. In doing so, you will play a key role in the technical development and quality assurance of our series products throughout the entire product life cycle.

Job Description

• Support for series products within the scope of technical product responsibility throughout the entire product life cycle
• Liaison between production, development, customer support, and product management for questions and their technical implementation
• Transition of new products to series production, including associated documentation for production
• Specification, development, and transition of customer projects
• Ongoing monitoring of the manufacturing process and continuous improvement in terms of quality and costs
• Analysis and processing of quality and process improvement measures
• Advancement of processes and structures in the Product Engineering department

Qualifications

• Higher technical or scientific education, preferably in physics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering, or similar.
• Knowledge of various manufacturing technologies is an advantage.
• High problem-solving skills in collaboration with various functional areas
• Structured approach to work, strong goal orientation, and high quality awareness
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Extensive organizational and communication skills
• Enthusiasm and passion for technical issues
• Very good German skills and good written and spoken English skills
