You will work on both traditional machine learning applications and Generative AI use cases (e.g., assistant systems, automation, and agentic workflows) and bring them reliably into production.
Job Description
Design, develop, and implement production-ready AI applications (Machine Learning, Generative AI, and LLM-based systems)
Translate AI models into scalable production systems, covering the entire lifecycle from exploration to deployment
Build and integrate AI services, APIs, and workflows into existing IT landscapes
Design and implement modern AI architectures (e.g., RAG, feature pipelines, and model orchestration)
Develop end-to-end solutions on Azure and Databricks, including data processing, model development, and deployment
Develop and operate data and model pipelines for training, inference, and monitoring
Utilize and integrate modern AI tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, and LLM platforms)
Ensure the performance, scalability, and maintainability of AI solutions
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Several years of experience in designing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including LLMs and Generative AI
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python
Hands-on experience in building and deploying RAG systems and Agentic AI solutions
Experience with Azure and Databricks
Ability to independently design and implement AI use cases from concept to production
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
