Job Description
Conduct software testing for our measurement device software
Develop and maintain automated test cases
Create various test artifacts such as test specifications, test plans, and test reports
Collaborate with software developers and product managers to ensure quality assurance
Analyze and track defects and support their resolution
Optimize existing test processes and methodologies
Qualifications
Completed education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Experience in manual and automated software testing, ideally with ISTQB certification (optional)
Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
Experience with agile development methods (Scrum, Kanban)
Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and a fundamental understanding of data structures and algorithms
Analytical mindset, structured working approach, and strong quality orientation
Good German and English language skills
