Role Summary

Keep the technology that connects the world running. Join Anuvu as a Teleport Facility Infrastructure Technician at our site in Raisting, Germany, and play a critical role in keeping our facility safe, reliable and operational 24/7.

You’ll work hands-on with essential infrastructure including power, HVAC, generators, fire protection, monitoring and electrical systems, carrying out preventative maintenance, responding to issues and working with specialist contractors to keep everything performing at its best.

We’re looking for an experienced facilities professional who enjoys solving technical problems, takes pride in keeping critical infrastructure running and can respond calmly when it matters most.

If you have experience in teleport or data centre environments, strong technical knowledge and the required German certifications, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and coordinate installations and refurbishments, perform preventive and corrective maintenance for the teleport facility systems, including but not limited to the following:
  • UPS and Battery systems
  • HVAC systems
  • Low and medium-voltage infrastructure
  • Emergency Diesel Generators and fuel tanks infrastructure
  • Cranes and lifting systems
  • Fire alarms systems and hydrants
  • Ground and lightning protection systems
  • Facility monitoring systems
  • Gate and electronic access systems
  • Heating systems
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Lighting infrastructure
  • Water management systems
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
• Carrying out daily inspections on critical infrastructure, including data collection and evaluation
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Work with external contractors on facility maintenance activities
• Overall responsible for Housekeeping of technical rooms

Expectations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English and German languages
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple maintenance activities
• Good analytical and critical thinking to assess infrastructure needs and resolve issues
• Ability to remain on-call and respond to emergencies outside of business hours

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in facilities management and building operations
• Minimum 3 years of experience performing facility maintenance in teleport or datacenter environments
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Valid local certifications and permits in Germany to operate and maintain low/medium-voltage infrastructure and HVAC systems
