team and are looking for an experienced engineer to support the development and certification of one of our top clients in Switzerland. We are hiring engineers with experience in aircraft system design, integration, verification, and certification for
ATA 28 - Fuel System Testing
domain from the Air Transport Association. Responsibilities:
Define system‑level verification and validation strategies for the aircraft fuel system (ATA 28). Develop system test plans, test procedures, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on system requirements. Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of system integration and qualification testing. Review and validate fuel system architectures, functions, interfaces, and operational performance. Collaborate with design, systems, integration, laboratory, flight test, and certification teams to ensure successful system development. Ensure requirements traceability between system requirements, verification methods, and test results. Ensure designs comply with relevant aerospace standards (e.g., DO‑160, DO‑178, DO‑254, ARP4754A). Prepare and review certification documentation and support regulatory authority interactions. Requirements
University Degree in aeronautical, mechanical or mechatronics engineering 5+ years experience in aerospace mechanical systems within a development, integration & certification environment. Experience with aircraft Aircraft Fuel Systems - ATA 28, including system integration and testing activities Proven experience defining system‑level test strategies, verification plans, and validation activities. Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS). Understanding of safety analyses (FMEA, FTA) and reliability engineering. Data analysis & reporting skills together with flexibility for multi tasking activities Good English is a must, knowledge of German an advantage What we offer
