YOUR JOB

• You will be in charge of training and coaching our F&B staff

• Quality and HACCP standards in kitchen and bar have to be imposed, which will be supervised by you

• You do not mind to step in for shifts in kitchen or bar at times

• Process optimization and formulation of derived measures, as well as the implementation of other quality assurance measures, are your responsibility

• You contribute actively to various projects and accept side-tasks, if necessary

YOUR PROFILE

• You are driven by your passion for the F&B services – preferably with experience in gastronomy or hospitality

• Reliability, quality awareness and flexibility are only some of your core characteristics

• You possess strong communication skills and a talent for organizing matters

• Regarding your work, you show a strong willingness to commit and to work independently

• A high willingness to travel is imperative, since you are responsible for ALL a&o houses

• Previous experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Your German and English skills are very good, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
