In this role you shape GenAI initiatives at AOE by designing and building AI-powered solutions. You work closely with cross-functional teams to craft customer-focused AI agents, conversational AI, and enterprise AI platforms. You will guide technology choices, tailor AI use cases for clients, and advance RAG and retrieval-driven workflows. You lead with technical excellence and contribute to the AI team’s growth, impact, and pre-sales efforts. This is a chance to influence real customer outcomes at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Design and build AI-powered solutions including agents, conversational AI, and enterprise AI platforms
- Select and implement AI technologies and frameworks tailored to customer needs
- Identify customer challenges and support pre-sales with strategic AI use cases
- Develop and optimize RAG applications and information retrieval workflows
- Establish MLOps practices for CI/CD of ML models
- Collaborate across disciplines and provide technical leadership within the AI team
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Experience in AI projects and customer consulting with pre-sales experience
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java and data processing tools (Pandas, Spark, SQL)
- Experience with retrieval technologies and AI platforms (e.g., Lucene, GraphDB, Vector DB)
- Deep understanding of ML, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs and their integration
- Strong customer focus and strategic thinking to identify AI opportunities
- Technical leadership experience and ability to share knowledge within an AI team
