Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Completion of internship or residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- 2 years' experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation within the last 4 years.
- Muscular Skeletor ultrasound guided injections
- Any state Medical License
- BLS
- DEA
