The Financial Services Group (FSG) specializes in Directors & Officers Liability, Pension Trust Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fidelity Insurance, Kidnap & Ransom, Professional Indemnity (E&O) and Multinational Programs. In addition, FSG works closely with the Cyber Solutions and Credit Insurance teams to provide seamless advice and insurance in key product areas.
To strengthen our Financial Lines Team in Zurich we are looking for a:
(Senior) Broker Financial Lines 80% – 100% (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and guide on risk information and analysis as well as tailor insurance solutions for our major clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and clients, ensuring top-level service delivery
• Present solutions and strategies to clients, with a focus on their individual needs
• Develop bespoke placement strategies that align with the client\’s needs, ensuring competitive pricing as well as optimal structuring and managing of national and international programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive solutions for our clients, including direct handling of major placements
• Lead negotiations with insurers, addressing complex issues and ensuring the best outcomes for our clients
• Develop bespoke (Aon) wordings
• Provide support in acquiring new clients
• Actively participate in global practice groups, representing Switzerland\’s interests and initiatives
• Manage and coordinate team internal projects
• Support the M&A team with large-scale projects and leverage Aon\’s global network
• Conduct internal and external training for clients on specific products

Your profile

• Proven broking or insurance experience, particularly within financial lines or related risk domains
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in time management, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Capable of working independently as well as thriving in team settings
• In-depth understanding of financial lines insurance markets, broking processes, and client service dynamics
• Experience in managing large-scale client accounts
• Familiarity with market trends and a passion for staying ahead of industry developments
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to change
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first mindset
• Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to solving problems and delivering solutions
