We are looking for a Manager Quality & Partner Management who will ensure that our external partners operate in full alignment with GMP/GDP requirements and AOP Health standards. You will act as a central interface between internal stakeholders and global contract partners, safeguarding quality and regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like
Support the administration of the GxP partner audit management system
Contribute to GMP/GDP partner management activities
Ensure the accurate maintenance and approval of product- and production-related data in ERP systems (Navision), serialisation systems and related tools
Maintain, review and create GMP/GDP related Quality and Technical Agreements
Your Qualifications And Experience
5+ years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical GxP environment
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical quality management systems
Proven experience negotiating and managing GMP/GDP Quality Agreements
Strong analytical thinking and structured, detail-oriented working style, even under stressful conditions
Experience as a GMP/GDP auditor is beneficial
Open-minded personality with a pro-active attitude and approach to problem-solving
Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills with team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments (German and English, written and verbal)
