University degree in Life Sciences, IT, Business Administration or a related field 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, consulting or business partnering Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare or medical devices Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Knowledge of GxP and computer system validation is an advantage Experience with eQMS solutions such as Veeva, MasterControl or TrackWise is a plus Structured, proactive and solution‑oriented working style Our offer
