A Geneva private investment office specialising in private debt and fixed income is looking to hire a strategic, entrepreneurial, and experienced professional to join as an equity partner. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role with a strong focus on the Swiss and European markets (80%) and additional global exposure (20%).
As a partner and key decision-maker, you will be responsible for driving the firm’s strategy, managing investment opportunities, and expanding the company’s client base. Working closely with other partners, you will oversee credit analysis, portfolio management, and operational growth. The role offers performance-based compensation and equity participation, presenting significant long-term potential for success.
The ideal candidate will bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a deep understanding of credit markets, and a proven track record in private debt and fixed income. Experience working in both investment banking and multifamily office environments is highly desirable.
