Head of HR, Fintech & Digital Banking

A newly established global digital bank in Zurich is seeking to hire a Head of HR with extensive experience in overseeing HR functions across multiple jurisdictions. This is a key leadership position based in Zurich, reporting directly to senior management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations across Switzerland, UK, EU, Dubai, and Canada. You will oversee:

1. Talent acquisition
2. Employee relations
3. Compensation and benefits
4. Performance management
5. Organizational development

Additionally, you will optimize HR processes and provide strategic advice to senior leadership on workforce management and HR initiatives. The role will also involve working closely with another HR team member based in Dubai to support operations across the Middle East. Strong knowledge of HR laws and practices across multiple regions is essential.

The ideal candidate will have proven HR leadership experience, ideally within fintech, crypto, or similar industries. You should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex HR systems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluency in English and German is a must, with proficiency in Russian, French, or Arabic highly desirable but not essential.
