Their technology combines software, hardware, and autonomy to power next-generation systems across commercial, industrial, and defence applications. As they continue to scale their Munich operations, they are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support their growing global supply chain.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will manage end-to-end supply chain activities across procurement, logistics, planning, inventory, and order management. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a reliable, efficient, and scalable supply chain.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage day-to-day supply chain activities across procurement, logistics, inventory, and order management
- Coordinate closely with purchasing, production, logistics, engineering, and sales
- Identify and resolve supply disruptions, shortages, and logistics issues
- Monitor inventory, deliveries, purchase orders, and shipments
- Improve supply chain processes, systems, and workflows
- Support reporting and KPI tracking
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other external partners
- Develop contingency plans for critical components and supply risks
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related role
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite
- Strong Excel and digital tool skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and hands-on
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
