- Support all real estate title and survey analysis for renewable energy projects.
- Work within the Land Management Team in a fast-paced closing environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Order, review, and process title commitments and ALTA surveys.
- Draft curative documents, edit proformas, and prepare legal exhibits.
- Track title work status and report to internal and external parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field and title/survey/real estate paralegal experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
