Project Managers (Junior and Senior) | Gilching
Our client is expanding globally and is looking for two Project Managers: one junior and one senior to join its team in Gilching. We welcome applications from candidates with different levels of seniority, starting from two years of relevant project management or project delivery experience in the technology sector.
You will manage customer projects from initiation through delivery, working closely with sales, technical teams and clients. Your focus will be on delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
- Plan and deliver projects, maintaining clear documentation, timelines and controls.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and manage communication throughout the project.
- Coordinate project teams and manage risks, issues and changes.
- Track project costs, forecasts and billing plans.
- Support bids and presales activities where needed.
- Review completed projects and identify ways to improve delivery.
What our client is looking for
- A bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent.
- Fluent German.
- At least two years of relevant experience in project management or project delivery within the technology sector. Senior candidates should bring more extensive experience managing complex projects.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, or hardware and software development.
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to build customer relationships and guide teams through delivery.
Location and working pattern
This role is based at our client's office in Gilching. You must be able to work from the office 3-4 days per week in line with our client's hybrid working policy.
