Overview
In this role you will own a portfolio of German corporate clients, delivering high-quality service and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will act as the main liaison for clients, auditors, regulators, and internal teams, coordinating across Global Service Centres and external partners. You will oversee cash flows and payment processes while upholding German regulations and internal risk standards. This position offers visibility, cross-border collaboration, and the opportunity to help develop Apex’s local German service offering.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own and manage a portfolio of corporate clients
- Be the primary contact for clients, auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders
- Support clients on German corporate, financial, and administrative matters
- Coordinate communication between clients, Global Service Centres, and external parties
- Oversee cash management, payments, and financial flows
- Ensure compliance with German regulations and internal risk frameworks
- Review documentation and ensure proper execution of actions
- Contribute to business development and new client pitches
- Support management in implementing policies, procedures, and service improvements
