Job SummaryThe Finance Director leads financial performance, planning, capital allocation, and decision support for the global Weller business unit. As a key member of the leadership team and trusted advisor to the General Manager, this role turns financial insight into actions that strengthen growth, profitability, cash generation, and accountability. The position oversees budgeting, forecasting, performance management, business analysis, governance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key member of the leadership team, shaping business strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives
• Translate financial results, trends, and risks into clear recommendations and timely business decisions
• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, and long-range financial planning
• Improve forecast accuracy and provide insight into revenue, margin, SG&A, working capital, and cash performance
• Develop focused reporting tools and KPIs for commercial, operational, and functional performance
• Identify opportunities for profitable growth, productivity, margin improvement, and cost optimization, and drive corrective actions
• Support pricing, capital investments, sourcing, product portfolio decisions, and other growth initiatives
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Corporate Finance, and Accounting to assess opportunities and risks
• Ensure business cases are financially sound and aligned with strategic objectives
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies and accounting standards, while maintaining a strong internal control environment
• Build a finance culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong business partnership, and develop future finance talentCritical Skills &

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational business
• Strong track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing strategic decisions
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis capabilities
• Experience supporting commercial operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and capital allocation decisions
• Proficiency with ERP and business intelligence tools; SAP preferred
• Fluent in German and English
