Senior N1-N2 Support Technician
We are looking for an experienced N1-N2 Support Technician to join our team in Geneva.
Your role:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support as well as recurring operational activities - Perform daily support centre tasks (monitoring, backup verification) - Answer calls at the support centre, open and track tickets - Carry out client and API maintenance following procedures - Intervene on client sites and participate in on-call rotations - Install, administer and upgrade client IT infrastructures - Ensure continuous updating of documentation on client infrastructure
Your profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in IT or equivalent qualification minimum - Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical support and system administration - Swiss resident - Driver’s licence - Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation - Autonomy, rigour and adaptability - Availability for on-site interventions and on-call rotations
