Задачи
- Support the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Contribute to planning, budgeting, and in-year forecasting
- Analyze the region’s financial performance and prepare explanations for variances against budget, forecast, and prior year
- Prepare and further develop regular financial and management reports
- Support the analysis and management of relevant KPIs, particularly revenue, earnings, working capital, and cash
- Analyze receivables, DSO, and overdue receivables, and support follow-up on agreed actions
- Support profitability calculations, business cases, and ad hoc analyses
- Prepare financial data and decision-making materials for regional management
- Support operational units with commercial and financial matters
- Contribute to optimizing and standardizing finance processes and reporting structures
- Ensure and improve data quality in relevant ERP, planning, and reporting systems
- Participate in regional and cross-regional finance projects
Требования
- Degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field, specializing in finance, controlling, or accounting
- Initial relevant experience in finance or controlling
- Good understanding of business relationships and strong interest in operational business management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical and structured approach, with strong numerical skills
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with finance and operational departments
- Willingness to take responsibility and develop professionally and personally
