Electrical Installations Manager (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Ensure the proper execution of electrical installation work on renovation sites, for internal clients (district heating, electrical substations, production installations) and external clients (administrations, industry, residential) - Manage and train the team of electrician employees - Ensure the technical and financial monitoring of the sites - Apply and enforce the OIBT, NIBT and current electrical safety standards - Update plans, electrical diagrams and schematic diagrams - Keep an up-to-date register of electrical installations - Order independent acceptance inspections within six months following the completion of the work - Develop and implement proposals for optimisation and continuous improvement of processes
Requirements
- Basic training as an electrician installer with a federal master electrician certificate or at least a federal certificate as a project electrician - At least 10 years of experience in the field - Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity with a high sense of responsibility - Good command of MS Office - Interpersonal skills, customer orientation and communication skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills in French
