Property Management Manager (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Various administrative and technical tasks of property management - Relocation (management of vacancies) including property viewings with interested parties - Preparation of leases - Conducting property inspections - Preparation of final tenant statements - Collaboration in handling debtors and creditors - Contacts with tenants, suppliers, authorities and caretakers - All tasks inherent to the day-to-day operation of a building - Verification of heating and ancillary cost statements - Support for the manager
Requirements
- A commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent qualification - Successful experience in property management in Switzerland - Good knowledge of tenancy law and building technology - Good command of common computer software (MS Office, possibly REM) - Responsible, dynamic and responsive, organised and methodical - Respect for the client and a service-oriented attitude - Language: perfect French - Valid driving licence and private vehicle required
