We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative – the Conversion Machine – to join Europe’s new inbound and outbound SDR team. As an SDR, you create qualified opportunities for our sales team.
What Will You Do :
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Contact and qualify potential customers
- Set up appointments and follow up on leads
- Track progress towards meeting sales goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
- Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities
What Will You Bring:
- Critical attitude : You’re a natural high achiever with drive and hunger
*1+ year of priorexperience as an SDR - B2B SaaS experience, ideally in the transport/logistics sector
- Prospecting skills to break into new accounts and territories
Proven track record ofperformance
Experience with differentCRM software and ability to discuss their strengths and weaknesses
*Native or bilingual level ofSpanish/Dutch/French/German/Ukrainian/Romanian and at least a C1 level of English. Any other languages would be an advantage
