We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Representative for the Spain market - the Conversion Machine - to join Europe's new inbound and outbound SDR team. As an SDR, you create qualified opportunities for our sales team.

What Will You Do:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set up appointments and follow up on leads
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities

What Will You Bring:

  • Critical attitude: You're a natural high achiever with drive and hunger
  • 1+ year of prior experience as an SDR
  • B2B SaaS experience, ideally in the transport/logistics sector
  • Prospecting skills to break into new accounts and territories
  • Proven track record of performance
  • Experience with different CRM software and ability to discuss their strengths and weaknesses
  • Native or bilingual level of Spanish and at least a C1 level of English. Any other languages would be an advantage
