For our locations in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg, we are looking for you as:

Bauleiter (all genders)

With six branches in Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Berlin, and Stuttgart, we are represented nationwide.

Responsibilities

1. Manage construction projects in turnkey interior fit-out
2. Prepare tender documents and support subcontractor selection
3. Coordinate subcontractor services and oversee cross-trade construction execution
4. Ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance of projects
5. Conduct measurements and invoice verification
6. Review and manage daily construction reports
7. Create project-specific construction diaries
8. Handle warranty cases

Profile

1. Completed technical training or degree in civil engineering or architecture
2. Several years of experience as a construction manager in turnkey fit-out or new construction projects
3. Solid knowledge of construction execution
4. Proficient in VOB standards
5. Structured, independent work style with assertiveness
6. Strong communication skills and team orientation
