Steward (m/w/d)

• Compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards in the back of house area
• Compliance with the HACCP guidelines
• Carrying out cleaning work in the scullery, in the kitchen, in the cold stores and in the storage rooms
• Working on the dishwasher, proper sorting and clearing of dishes, cutlery and porcelain
• Work according to daily and monthly cleaning plans
• Careful handling of the F&B materials
• Cost-conscious use of resources
• Professional use of the appropriate cleaning products and utils

Your Tasks

• Work experience in stewarding / cleaning is an advantage
• Knowledge of English, German a nice to have
• Good physical resilience
• Flexibility regarding working hours
• Independent, exact way of working
