In order to extend our customer base in Southern Europe, we are now looking for a French-speaking Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/x) based in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You are part of the “Enterprise Sales” team and work with our Southern Europe Sales Director, VP Sales, our Pre-Sales Engineers, and your colleagues from Business Development to build up your customer base in Southern Europe.
  2. You proactively look for potential new clients in the enterprise segment (companies with more than 1000 employees), approach them, and present our innovative testing solutions to their decision makers.
  3. You, along with support from the business development team, are responsible for the entire sales process – from the initial contact with prospects to negotiation and closing deals.
  4. You are the first contact for your customers and work with our internal Solution Delivery Managers to ensure delivery of the best testing solutions.
  5. You represent our company at international exhibitions and online events.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • You are fluent in English and speak French at native level.
  • You are based in Berlin and willing to work from our office on a hybrid model.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in B2B sales of products/solutions in the digital industry, SaaS, or IT industry.
  • You have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and performance targets.
  • You know how to identify and qualify leads, find the right contacts, demonstrate benefits, and build long-lasting relationships.
  • You have demonstrated strong negotiation and strategic account planning skills, and experience with C-level communication.
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies like MEDDICC or Sandler is an advantage.
  • You are driven, motivated, and interested in digital industry developments. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • You have a high degree of customer orientation and respond specifically to client needs.
