Our subsidiary, Integrated Circuit Testing GmbH (ICT GmbH), with ~160 employees, develops and produces electron microscopes, the heart of our machines, which monitor processes in semiconductor production and classify the smallest defects on wafers. To meet the rapidly increasing demand from our customers in the semiconductor industry, our location near Munich, Germany is constantly growing.

To strengthen our rapidly growing facility near Munich, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) to support development and manufacturing of cutting-edge e-beam semiconductor equipment with a strong motive to drive optimization of processes and delivery of objectives to meet business objectives and create more value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and closing phases of eBeam technology projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
2. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining a strong focus on project goals.
3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, aligning projects with overall business objectives. Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning. Ensure proper product readiness for serial production and drive the related transition(s) of new products into serial production.
4. Resource Management: Leading and developing a small team of highly motivated project managers. Effectively allocate and manage project resources, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and support to achieve project milestones. Identify and address resource constraints, bottlenecks, and potential risks to project success.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Establish clear and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals. Align project deliverables of suppliers, engineering projects, and operational sectors to one consolidated plan. Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Implement risk monitoring and control mechanisms to ensure projects stay on track.
6. Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of quality in project deliverables, ensuring that eBeam technology solutions meet or exceed industry and customer expectations. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in the process of documenting technical best practices and standards for production.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical or scientific area with at least 10 years of work experience, preferably in project management.
2. Demonstrated experience in leadership and management of complex projects and teams in highly dynamic environments.
3. Project Management Certification by PMI, etc., would be an advantage.
4. Capability to review technical designs.
5. Define and leverage processes and teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
6. Excellent leadership, interpersonal & networking skills.
7. Analytical mindset.
8. Very good communication and presentation skills on multiple organizational levels.
