In this role, you will partner with the business to hire the best talent for our organization, focusing on positions in Germany and Austria. Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will support full life cycle recruitment and be responsible for ensuring a seamless Hiring Manager and Candidate experience.
  2. Lead the creation of recruitment and interviewing plans primarily in central Europe (focus is on Germany and Austria).
  3. Partner with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders to understand unique market needs and challenges and review the effectiveness of recruitment plans.
  4. Strategic Talent Mapping, deploy advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent. Develop comprehensive talent strategies that align with complex business growth objectives.
  5. Preparation of contract offers in cooperation with hiring manager and local HR.
  6. Communication of offers to candidates, negotiation of offers if applicable.
  7. Close cooperation with internal interfaces (work council, Hiring Managers and Hiring BUs, HRBP) as well as with external interfaces (external staffing agencies, institutions, universities).
  8. Prepare appropriate reporting on recruitment activities and recruitment metrics, as needed.
  9. Participate in Talent Acquisition Projects and Continuous Improvements activities and own some of the deliverables.

Education and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related/relevant work experience.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work as a high-performing recruiter, working in a corporate setting in a high-growth and/or fast-paced environment.
  3. Senior Recruiting experience and a person who thrives in dynamic environments.
  4. Prior recruiting experience in the technology, engineering or IT industry with a strong understanding of the European talent market.
  5. Strong knowledge of German labour law, in particular of the relevant aspects and interfaces to hiring activities.
  6. Fluent in German and English; other European languages an advantage.
  7. Experienced user of MS Office; experience in Workday Recruiting or other ATS is advantageous.
  8. This role is based in Dresden and requires working from the office five days a week.
  9. Proven experience partnering and building positive relationships with candidates, managers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  10. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  11. Highly organized, with a focus on delivering business results.
  12. Ability to travel if required (10 – 20%).
