The ideal candidate should be well-versed in cloud-based environments, possess excellent communication skills, exhibit a hands-on mentality, and be able to lead several projects and coach and mentor their colleagues. This role involves providing both first and second-level support, ensuring daily operational efficiency, managing hardware storage, and contributing to the company’s IT journey towards zero touch and ISO certification.##### What you will do:- Leading projects from beginning to end, as well as coaching and mentoring juniors and new joiners.- Ensure that our workplace tech is constantly working: Network, Wi-Fi, Internet Access, Meeting Rooms, Tech Equipment in common spaces and offices, etc.- You will provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software- Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions in our Confluence- Proper management of the IT warehouse- Provide the set-up and removal of technical equipment- Manage over 400 workstations, mainly onsite in Hamburg but also remotely- Ensure proper security of our computers and network- Willing to take part in daily support when needed and proactively offer hands-on assistance to colleagues and other teams with an open-minded attitude##### Who you are:- **Fluent in English and German**- More than 3 years of experience in System Administrator roles or equivalent experience- Deep expertise in all relevant fields e.g., OS administration (Jamf), network security setup and infrastructure fallbacks, automation of processes e.g. provisioning, flawless running of our Unifi infrastructure- Expert knowledge in working with Windows, Mac, the Google Workspace, and decent familiarity with JIRA- Strong track record of driving projects in the System Administrator Space and fostering a continuous improvement mindset- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills- Ready to operate at fast speed, solution-oriented, reliable way of working, high motivation, and hands-on mentality- Good to have: Experience in onboarding, coaching, and mentoring working students, interns, and other junior colleagues##### Fuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your Ambitions- **Invest in Your Future:** Regular feedback and our development program support your growth, helping you expand your skill set and achieve your career goals.- **Easy Arrival to applike:**- **Live Your Best Life, at Work and Beyond:** We work in a hybrid setup with 3 core office days, plus flexible working hours.
