About the Role We are seeking detail-oriented UX/UI Designers and digital content professionals to support video annotation for advanced robotic arm tasks.
You will review recorded robotic arm sessions, identify and annotate relevant actions and outcomes, and grade each session according to established project guidelines. Your work will contribute high-quality visual and behavioral data used to train and evaluate AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required. The role is well suited to professionals with strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and experience working with digital media, design, video, or technical content.
What You’ll Do
Review video footage of robotic arms performing specific procedures and tasks.
Annotate video sessions according to detailed project guidelines.
Apply accurate tags and grades to actions, behaviors, events, and outcomes.
Use video annotation tools to identify and mark relevant moments within each session.
Document observations and provide concise rationales for annotation decisions.
Maintain consistency and accuracy across large volumes of video data.
Collaborate with project trainers and other contributors to maintain annotation quality.
Provide feedback that can improve labeling guidelines and annotation workflows.
Organize and submit completed annotation work within required timelines.
Apply careful visual judgment when interpreting movement, sequence, and task outcomes.

You should also have:
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Experience producing precise, high-quality work.
Strong written communication skills.
Ability to document observations and reasoning clearly.
Familiarity with video annotation or digital content review tools.
Ability to follow detailed guidelines accurately.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
Relevant Experience Experience with the following is particularly useful:

Data labeling
AI or machine learning data projects
Visual content review
Video analysis
Annotation and quality assurance workflows
Robotics or technical video analysis
Digital content classification
Prior experience with AI training or machine learning projects is helpful but not required.
