MISSION
- Provide nursing care as well as general assessments at the homes of people presenting with psychological, physical dependency or a disability. - Ensure follow-up of interdisciplinary care plans, in partnership with relatives and healthcare network partners.

PROFILE
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or an equivalent qualification (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Red Cross is required) - Experience in adult psychiatry and somatic care - Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and common IT tools - Ability to work independently, organised and manage unforeseen events - Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team - Ability to manage complex situations - Excellent interpersonal skills, open-mindedness and dynamism - Driving licence and vehicle (possibility to use a vehicle from the cantonal fleet)
