MISSION
- Provide nursing and basic care at the home of persons with physical, psychological dependency or disability. - Incorporate health promotion and prevention concepts into practice. - Implement clients’ care plans in collaboration with the CMS multidisciplinary team and network. - Assume the role of situation manager by performing clinical analyses and delivering and delegating quality services.
PROFILE
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing - Driving licence (mandatory) - Good knowledge of common IT tools and the French language - Interest in home care and teamwork - Ability to work independently and handle complex situations - Excellent clinical analysis and negotiation skills
