The CMS READOM is an innovative programme specialised in home rehabilitation. The multidisciplinary team intervenes for a maximum of three weeks. It is composed of occupational therapists, nurses, ASSC, physiotherapists and health assistants. It collaborates with the client, their relatives and the care network.

Team and Operational Manager

MISSION You ensure the management of a team of about thirty people. You contribute to the recruitment and development of collaborators, as well as to the smooth running of the service. You supervise the flow and scheduling of staff interventions with our clients. You work closely with the centre manager.
Tasks related to the role of Operational Manager
- Receive, clarify and direct requests for home help and/or care - Organise the assessment and initial interventions for new situations in collaboration with the interveners and those responsible for scheduling - Receive, analyse, process or direct clinical transmissions sent by field collaborators - Ensure the quality of information related to services and guarantee clinical care - Support the CMS multidisciplinary team in managing client situations
REPORTING/LOCATION CMS READOM, Le Mont-sur-Lausanne
PROFILE SOUGHT
- Several years of experience in rehabilitation - Knowledge of and interest in flow management - Commitment to an evolving organisational dynamic - Basic training in nursing or occupational therapy and experience in various care fields - Management training or willingness to train - Experience in management, team supervision and leadership - Experience in home care is an asset - Initiative, good communication skills - Analytical skills and adaptability to a changing environment - Rigor and scientific sensitivity - Proficiency in common IT tools - Ability to work interdisciplinarily - Positive attitude, open-mindedness
