Job Title: Medical and Regulatory Ad/Promo Reviewer

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials.
- Conduct medical reviews to ensure scientific accuracy, medical validity, and appropriate presentation of information.
- Conduct regulatory reviews to ensure compliance with applicable Swiss regulatory requirements and pharmaceutical industry codes.
- Assess materials for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant guidelines and standards.
- Provide feedback and recommend amendments where required before granting approval.
- Ensure reviews and approvals are completed within agreed timelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, or pharmaceutical promotional materials review.
- Experience reviewing promotional and non-promotional materials within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Local Swiss regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in German & French to review the relevant materials.
- Experience with Veeva PromoMats.
