Job Responsibilities:

  • Office management (correspondence, office organization, project management)
  • Handling of tender processes up to the submission of offers
  • Document creation and revision for the quality management system
  • Support for the entire team in organizational matters
  • Taking over the telephone service and acting as the central contact person (m/f/d) at the reception
  • Reception and care of guests

Minimum Requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or a similar qualification as well as professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of the common MS Office programs, especially Excel and Word
  • Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written
  • High motivation to face new challenges
  • Flexibility and teamwork skills
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
