What You’ll Do
- Lead the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial setup and rigorous quality assurance to continuous optimization, proactive troubleshooting, and meticulous end-of-month reconciliation.
- Proactively identify and implement strategic and tactical optimization opportunities that elevate campaign performance and expand campaign size, driving measurable growth.
- Champion best practices across all activations, establishing robust mechanisms to ensure consistent quality and effectiveness in every campaign.
- Design, execute, and meticulously monitor testing plans for campaigns, translating critical insights into actionable improvements that shape future outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with agency and client trading desks, providing invaluable insights and expert recommendations that significantly enhance campaign effectiveness and align seamlessly with client objectives.
- Actively contribute to the development, refinement, and widespread adoption of activation processes and best practices, fostering unparalleled efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to pinpoint and implement automation opportunities that streamline operations and dramatically improve service delivery.
- Serve as a key advocate for the company’s advanced advertising platform capabilities within agencies, ensuring seamless integration and optimal client results that drive business success.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience in agency or trading desk programmatic activation, comprehensive campaign management, or extensive collaboration with trading desks.
- Advanced technical expertise in DSP platforms and a broad array of associated programmatic tools. This includes a deep understanding of multiple areas of programmatic advertising technologies such as RTB, bid shading, machine learning optimization, ad verification, ad tracking, ad attribution, bidding engines (second price vs. first price auctions), pixel and tag managers, cookies, and viewability.
- A strong, analytical, and data-driven mindset with an unwavering focus on achieving and exceeding client success metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively share knowledge, mentor, and train agency traders, fostering growth and capability within teams.
