Senior Supply Chain Planner – Industrial & Logistics Supply Chain

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Planner with 8+ years of experience across logistics, warehousing, transport, inventory and supply planning.
Experience in lubricants, oil & gas, petroleum, fuels, chemicals, petrochemicals or related industrial supply chains is highly preferred. For Hamburg-based candidates, logistics/3PL experience is particularly relevant.
✅Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional replenishment and supply planning to maintain product availability and optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee finished goods inventory, stock transfers and inter-warehouse movements.
- Coordinate with LSPs/3PLs, warehouses and suppliers to resolve supply and distribution issues.
- Drive inventory accuracy, slow-moving/dead stock reduction and cost optimization.
- Coordinate supply chain activities across multiple countries, considering local regulations and operating requirements.
- Partner with Sales and regional teams to ensure customer requirements are reliably supported.
- Ensure relevant HSE and legislative requirements are met across warehouse and logistics operations.
- Lead or support regional supply chain improvement projects.

- Strong experience across logistics, warehousing, transport, inventory and supply planning
- Proven analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in regional or multi-country operations
- Strong stakeholder and supplier/LSP management experience
- Demonstrated senior-level ownership and leadership capability
- SAP S/4HANA experience preferred

- This is an on-site role for candidates already based in Cyprus or Hamburg, Germany, with the existing right to work in the respective location.
