You will either work on subtasks in a team of like-minded colleagues or take overall responsibility for the success of the project.Are you an experienced Solution Architect able to lead the technical implementation team in the planning, elaboration, design, construction, and transition of PLM solutions that exceed customer requirements? Then you might be our new Solution Architect.As Solution Architect at Aras, you have the overall ownership of the solution delivery. Demonstration of technical leadership, team management, organization skills, and the ability to negotiate with key customer stakeholders are essential in ensuring success.Your responsibilities:Lead a technical implementation team in all aspects of solution deliveryFacilitate workshops, develop solutions, build consensus across all stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology aligned with business valueDevelop conceptual solution architecture using a combination of standard and custom applications to produce an end-to-end customer solutionLead as well as support the development of requirements specifications, Use Cases, and functional specificationsPerform solution analysis, develop customer facing proposals and contribute to the development of proposals / statements of workTransform customer requirements into technical solutions by using thorough understanding of the Aras Innovator suite of toolsLead or participate in the delivery of Proof of Concept engagements at key prospectsProvide input to the professional services team regarding methodology and toolsProvide coaching and mentoring to other team members as necessaryAssign tasks to project members and review the team’s work products to ensure that they are accurate and consistentSupervise and manage technical teams that may be located either onsite or offshoreFacilitate and contribute to continuous improvement of how we deliver solutionsYou will have the option of working at our office or partly from home. You will spend up to 40% of your time travelling.Your SkillsInteract professionally and communicate efficiently with customers and internal team membersCuriosity and openness toward new technologies, in particular artificial intelligence, which is part of our daily work and which we are progressively integrating into our solutionsA solid understanding of our customers' business challenges and the ability to advise and guide them toward the best solutionsClearly demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervisionHave a thorough understanding of large-scale enterprise application implementation methodologies and experience leading teams in an Agile / Scrum environmentMust be able to write clear, understandable Requirements, SoW's, Specification Documents, and Use CasesTechnically self-sufficient with data modeling techniques, SQL Server and Microsoft Office products.Experienced with data migration techniques from legacy systemsProven strong project management skills with accountability for end-to-end deliveryStrong planning, problem solving, and decision-making skillsHighly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing prioritiesAbility to support multiple projects concurrently as requiredMust have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsStrong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal individuals and external customers.
