It combines deep technical expertise with a strong consulting mindset. /p br/ ul lipTake ownership of solution architecture and technical design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations /p /li /ul ul lipGather and analyse customer requirements /p /li lipConduct fit gap analyses and translate business requirements into technical solutions /p /li lipDesign and document CRM architectures, including integration and data models /p /li lipProvide technical leadership to implementation teams /p /li lipCoordinate external partners and stakeholders /p /li lipAdvise customers at eye level, from strategic planning through to implementation /p /li lipEnsure adherence to Microsoft best practices and architectural standards /p /li lipSupport pre sales activities and customer presentations /p /li lipMentor and support junior consultants /p /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul lipAt least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment /p /li lipSeveral years of experience in a solution architecture or senior consulting role /p /li lipStrong practical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Sales and Customer Service /p /li lipSolid experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse /p /li lipExperience designing integration architectures with Azure and third party systems /p /li lipPrevious consulting or project experience is an advantage /p /li lipVery good German skills, minimum C1 level.
