Production Manager (Zürich, 100%)

h3We are hiring a Production Manager /h3 pStart date: ASAP /p pZürich, Switzerland (on-site, remote not possible) /p pFull-time (100%) /p h3Your role /h3 pAs Production Manager at Loki, you will build the production operations, processes, and team that will allow us to scale rapidly. You will bridge the gap between RD and production, turning evolving designs into robots we can build reliably and efficiently. This is a hands-on role. Early on, you will define our processes, source parts, setup ERP, and jump in wherever needed. As we grow, you will hire and build the entire production, quality and procurement team. /p h3What you will be doing /h3 ul liSet up our production space, tools, and processes so we can build faster. /li liPlan production and manage its day-to-day. /li liOwn component and assembly quality. /li liHandle supply chain and build strong supplier relationships. /li liWork closely with RD to make our robots easier to manufacture and assemble. /li liSet up stock management. /li liDesign and implement QA processes to ensure the robots we build actually work. /li liRecruit, lead, and develop the team that will take production to the next level. /li /ul h3What you should have /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in hardware manufacturing, with responsibility for production planning, assembly processes, and QA testing. /li liThe ability to bring structure to an environment where designs, priorities, and processes change rapidly. /li liExperience setting up production / inventory software. /li liAn organized, pragmatic approach: you introduce enough structure to keep production reliable while keeping processes simple. /li liThe ability to take full ownership of production while working effectively with the entire team when needed. /li liThe ability to motivate and lead a team, delegate responsibility, and help others grow. /li liLean manufacturing knowledge. /li /ul h3These skills are a plus /h3 ul liHands on experience assembling robots or similar electromechanical systems. /li liExperience in procurement and supplier management. /li liIndustrialization experience, taking products from prototypes into repeatable production. /li /ul pYou will be the first dedicated member of the production team at Loki.
