Recruitment Coordinator will play a pivotal role in maintaining an exceptional candidate experience throughout a candidate’s recruitment journey. They are our front-line brand ambassadors, supporting Tesla’s mission.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a great Candidate Experience: Schedule interviews and support onboardings for candidates; You go above and beyond to ensure the best candidate experience; you love to solve problems and bottlenecks
- Develop Stakeholder Engagement: Provide consistent, timely, and positive support and communication to recruiters and interviewers
- Be Data-driven and Strategic: Manage a data-driven and seamless recruiting process and support initiatives that make our recruitment process more seamless and enjoyable by the candidate
- Be ‘the go-to person’: Your eagerness to learn more about our business, processes, and everything we do turns you into the knowledge expert that guides people in the right direction

- Candidate-centric above all: You communicate and represent yourself in a professional and friendly manner and always act with the candidate in mind
- An excellent communicator: You communicate clearly and respectfully in German and English, being fluent in any other European language is a plus
- A skilled multi-tasker: You prioritize your time and tasks efficiently and deliver on time
- A team player: You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people
- Eager to learn: You adopt and adapt quickly to new technologies, systems, and processes
