As an Industrial Integrator (m/w/d), this role combines product integration, industrial planning and cross-functional project coordination at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site. The position offers responsibility for aligning manufacturing requirements, milestones and industrial deliverables across the relevant final assembly areas.
Your tasks:
- Identify, coordinate and track industrial requirements for product development projects across all relevant final assembly functions.
- Prepare and conduct Industrial Reviews in line with the Industrial Development Plan and the agreed project milestones.
- Define assembly concepts, manufacturing processes and production systems, while monitoring compliance throughout project execution.
- Coordinate interfaces between programme teams, local Value Stream Management, Industrial Architecture, Supply Chain, Procurement, Chief Engineering, Quality Assurance and serial production.
- Ensure that Engineering, Procurement, local Value Stream Management and other stakeholders provide complete and timely input for Industrial Development Plan and Product Development Plan reviews.
- Support Industrial Programme Leaders during higher-level project reviews and provide structured decision-making information.
- Conduct regular risk and opportunity assessments for manufacturing areas and integrate the results into overall project management and risk management activities.
- Maintain key project documentation, support complex industrial changes and lead lessons-learned reviews after major milestones to strengthen future processes.
VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:
- Completed bachelor’s degree or higher in automotive engineering, engineering, aerospace, or another relevant technical discipline.
- Initial professional experience in product development, project management and industrialisation process management is expected; experience of more than two years in product development and industrialisation is advantageous.
- Experience of more than three years in project management is desirable, particularly in technically complex or cross-functional environments.
- Basic knowledge of change management and risk management, combined with an interest in structured industrial decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess dependencies, identify risks and drive clear follow-up actions.
- Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to work effectively with Engineering, Procurement, Production and Quality functions.
- Business-fluent English is required; German and/or French language skills are advantageous.
- Experience with data analysis tools, such as Skywise or comparable applications, is beneficial. Familiarity with Google Workspace is expected.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately four to five times per year.
- The position is planned as full-time employment with 35 hours per week.
