We are looking for an HSS Engineer to support our operations in Leipzig plant .
In this role, you will drive Health, Safety & Sustainability initiatives and actively promote a strong safety culture across our sites. You will work closely with local teams to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct HSS risk assessments and drive Health, Safety & Sustainability programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, corporate standards, and HSS policies.
- Lead accident and incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver HSS training, coaching, and awareness activities.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external audits, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Was wir suchen
- Experience in the automotive industry and at least 1–3 years in a similar HSS/EHS role.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and related HSS standards.
- Strong understanding of HSS regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to influence others in achieving safety objectives.
- Professional proficiency in German and English.
