As a Senior Staff Engineer Memory Macro Design and Architecture Verification (f/m/div) in our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life.

Your role
- Leading the development of embedded memory compilers
- Interacting with concept engineers and internal customers on the definition of the compilers
- Collaborating with project managers on project setup and tracking
- Hands‑on workand support on memory design, characterization and verification
- Leading an expert team executing the design, characterization and verification of the memories
- Collaborating with view generation and automation teams
- Contribute to improvement of development processes and tool flow
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in electrical engineeringorcomputer science
- At least 5 years of professional experience in transistor level circuit design and spice level simulation
- Strong technical backgroundin design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits
- Preferably full custom digital or memory design experience in technically leading a project team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Fluent English(written and spoken); German is a plus
