Field Service Engineer (M/F/D) in Reutlingen

Roles and Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning and sustaining of Kokusai semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites in Reutlingen and worldwide.

Maintain a safe working environment and strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, policies and procedures at customer sides.

Report on schedule performance and take action to resolve any delays, or issues.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair any issues that occur.

Being a major part in building and help growing our new team in Dresden.

Skills and Experience that we are looking for:

Bachelors / Masters Degree / Level 6 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electronical or Mechatronic Engineering or Certified Technician.

Comfortable working on complex electro-mechanical equipment in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, good manual dexterity with a high focus on safety and quality.

Aptitude to work with electro-mechanical schematics and ladder logic.

• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as the team environment.




• Previous experience of installing or maintaining vertical diffusion furnaces or other semiconductor equipment would be a distinct advantage.




• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).




• Fluent in English and French language and a valid work permit for an EU country is essential.




• Willing to travel to other EU customers up to a certain amount as well as to US or Japan
