This role focuses on how Arc Interior operates behind the scenes.
You will work across CRM, project management, inventory, reporting and internal workflows to create a simpler, more connected operating system.
Technology should solve real problems — not create new ones.
What you'll do
- Improve CRM and project management workflows
- Connect tools and reduce manual work
- Introduce practical AI and automation where useful
- Structure data across projects, sales and inventory
- Build simple dashboards and reporting
- Document important workflows and processes
- Identify operational bottlenecks and improve them
- Help create scalable systems as Arc Interior grows
What we're looking for
You think in systems, but stay practical. You enjoy simplifying workflows and have a strong understanding of digital tools, automation and AI.
- Strong process and systems thinking
- Experience with tools such as Notion, CRM systems and automation platforms
- Practical understanding of AI tools and workflows
- Comfortable working with data and reporting
- Ability to simplify complex processes
- Independent and highly structured way of working
- Strong English; German is a plus
- Experience in a growing small business or startup is a plus
