Own Arc Interior projects from signed offer to installation and handover. Coordinate clients, suppliers, logistics, inventory and timelines — and make sure every project is delivered calmly, efficiently and at the expected standard.
This role sits at the center of how Arc Interior delivers projects. You will keep projects moving, connect the people involved and make sure every detail is aligned from planning through installation.
You will work closely with the founders, clients, suppliers, logistics partners and external specialists.

- Manage projects from signed offer to installation and handover
- Coordinate clients, suppliers, logistics and external partners
- Track timelines, deliveries and open decisions
- Keep project information structured and up to date
- Support inventory planning and installation logistics
- Maintain Arc Interior's quality standard across every project
- Identify problems early and solve them pragmatically
What we're looking for
You are structured, calm under pressure and good with people. You enjoy creating order in complex projects and are comfortable taking ownership.

- Comfortable working independently
- Interest in interiors, architecture or real estate
- Fluent German, and strong English
