Overview
In this role you lead the MEP planning and delivery for complex data center projects, ensuring safe, high-quality and cost-effective solutions. You work with clients, internal teams, and external partners to drive successful outcomes and maintain strong relationships. You apply BIM and other digital tools to optimize processes and enable precise execution. The position sits within Arcadis Places, focusing on sustainable, high-tech developments that shape critical infrastructure. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead end-to-end MEP planning and execution for data center projects
- Manage and maintain client relationships as primary point of contact
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, and execution
- Ensure on-time, budget-compliant, high-quality MEP system implementation per standards (e.g., DIN EN50600)
- Foster collaborative problem-solving among clients, planners, contractors, and execution teams
- Oversee technical coordination, change orders, and reporting to management and stakeholders
- Utilize BIM and digital tools to optimize processes and assure quality
- Support and develop colleagues across multiple locations, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Real Estate Management, Architecture, Construction Engineering, or related field
- At least 6 years of project management experience with leadership responsibility on building/infrastructure projects
- Proven track record delivering complex national/international industrial or data center projects
- Strong expertise in MEP systems and their role in efficiency, scalability, and compliance
- Diplomatic, professional demeanor with ability to manage client expectations
- Independent, goal-oriented work style with strong teamwork and communication
- Analytical mindset with ability to oversee design and execution processes
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
