As Head of HR in Duisburg, you are responsible for a team of 8 HC. You are responsible for the HR strategy for more than 700 FTEs in the plant of Duisburg. One focus should be to stay within the FTE and personnel costs budget. You shall monitor the absenteeism rate and try to find solutions to reduce the absenteeism. One task would be to try to simplify the processes within the HR department with more automation.
